Cheese Masala Omelette

Omelette is one of the most favorite breakfast ever, and recently I have experimented with a new recipe of our old omelette. Actually this recipe is so loaded that I prefer having this ‘Cheese masala omelette’ for lunch or dinner instead of breakfast. 


Ingredients – 

2 Eggs

1/2 capsicum finely chopped

1/2 onion finely chopped

1/4th cup of boiled corn kernels

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp turmeric powder 

1 tsp tandoori masala 

Grated cheese 

Salt to taste

Oregano 

Oil


Method – 

In a pan saute heat oil and ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, onions (both finely chopped) and boiled corn kernels. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, tandoori masala and salt. Keep aside. In a bowl beat 2 eggs and add salt. Heat oil in a pan/tawa and spread the prepared vegetable mixture. Add the beaten eggs. Sprinkle some oregano on the top. Cook properly. Flip the omelette and add grated/cheese. Again sprinkle oregano on the top. Cook till the omelette is ready.
