Today, I bring for you all a very easy and delicious dessert recipe that will make your festival more special and foodilicious.
I have tried making this recipe as simple as possible with ingredients that easily available at home.
For making the custard –
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (add more if you have a sweet tooth)
Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Take off flame. In a bowl, take 1/4 cup of milk and add custard powder. Mix well. Place the milk added with the custard powder again on the flame. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Heat the milk but do not boil. Now immediately pour the mixture into glasses or bowl. Let it cool down and then refrigerate for one hour.
Making the chocolate frosting –
- 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
Heat the cream in a pan but do not boil. Add the chocolate and mix well. Cool down. Now whip the cream using hand beater. If you don’t have a beater, it’s fine.
Assembling the final ingredients –
- 8-9 biscuits (crushed into a powder)
- 8-9 chopped almonds
How to proceed?
- Take the glass in which you have poured the custard mixture.
- Add the crushed biscuits. Add the chopped almonds.
- Now make a layer of the chocolate cream.
- Top with a cherry (Optional)
